Network: The WND Wind DUO 2300 operates on GSM technology, supporting 2G bands GSM 900, 1800, and 1900, with GPRS Class 10 for data transfer.

Available in White-gold and Yellow-gold colors, the Wind DUO 2300 aimed to provide users with versatile functionality, although it was never released to the market.
