Network: The Telit T250 operates on GSM technology, supporting 2G bands on GSM 900, 1800, and 1900 frequencies. It features GPRS with Class 10 capabilities.
Launch: Announced in the first quarter of 2006, the Telit T250 was unfortunately cancelled before it could hit the market.
Body and Display: With dimensions of 96.5 x 49.5 x 15.4 mm and weighing 76 g, the Telit T250 is compact and lightweight. It boasts a TFT main display with 256K colors and a resolution of 128 x 160 pixels, along with a secondary CSTN display with 65K colors and a resolution of 96 x 96 pixels.
Memory and Camera: The phone has no card slot for expandable memory. It offers a phonebook capacity of 1000 entries with Photocall feature and stores 10 received, dialed, and missed calls. The internal memory is 7MB. The main camera is VGA with no video recording capability.
Sound and Features: The Telit T250 features vibration alerts and supports downloadable polyphonic, MIDI, WAV, and AMR ringtones. It lacks a loudspeaker and a 3.5mm jack. The phone supports SMS, EMS, and MMS messaging, WAP 2.0 browsing, and Java MIDP 2.0 for running applications.
Battery and Miscellaneous: Powered by a removable Li-Ion 800 mAh battery, the Telit T250 provides decent battery life. It comes in black color. Despite being cancelled, the Telit T250 showcased promising features for its time, including its rotating VGA camera and multimedia capabilities.
